Installation Guide – Peach Blend French Pattern Tumbled Travertine Pavers
Step 1: Base Preparation – Level and Stable Foundation
Excavate the installation area to the appropriate depth for a sand or mortar base.
Compact the soil thoroughly, then add 2–4″ of crushed stone or gravel for drainage.
Check slope (typically 1/4″ per foot) for proper water runoff in outdoor areas.
Spread and screed a layer of sand or mortar to create a smooth, level foundation.
Step 2: Dry Layout – Plan Your Design
Lay out a few sets of pavers to visualize the French Pattern arrangement.
Mix tiles from multiple crates to achieve natural color and veining variation.
Mark centerlines or reference points to guide a symmetrical installation.
Step 3: Setting the Pavers – Sand-Set or Mortar Method
Sand-set installation: Place pavers directly on the screeded sand and gently tap into position.
