Installation Guide – Royal Beige Marble Pencil Liner (Polished)
Step 1: Prepare the Surface
Make sure the wall is clean, dry, and smooth.
Complete any surrounding tile or panel installations before placing the trim.
Use a level to mark a straight guideline for accurate placement.
Step 2: Dry Fit – Plan the Layout
Arrange pencil liner pieces on the wall to check for color and veining consistency.
Use a wet saw with a fine diamond blade for clean, precise cuts.
Test-fit all sections before applying adhesive to ensure alignment.
Step 3: Adhesive Application – Secure Placement
Recommended White Thin-Set Adhesives:

Instructions:
Back-butter each pencil liner with white thin-set mortar using a margin trowel.
Press firmly into position along the guideline.
Use painter’s tape to support pieces until mortar cures (minimum 24 hours).

Once adhesive has set, apply unsanded grout to fill joints without scratching the marble.
Remove excess grout with a damp sponge.
After 30–45 minutes, buff away haze with a soft cloth.
Step 5: Sealing – Long-Term Protection
