  • Dry-lay the pavers in the French pattern to check the layout, color distribution, and veining flow.

  • Mix tiles from different sets to ensure natural variation and a balanced look.

  • Plan borders, edges, and transitions before permanent installation.

Step 3: Base Installation – Stability First

  • Spread the leveling sand evenly over the compacted base.

  • Screed the sand to achieve a smooth, flat surface.

  • Maintain consistent thickness to prevent uneven pavers.

Step 4: Placing Pavers – Align and Adjust

  • Lay the Anthic Onyx pavers according to the French pattern layout.

  • Ensure tight joints between pavers while maintaining a slight gap for sand or grout (1/8″–1/4″).
