Installation Guide – Royal Beige 6″x24″ Split-Face Ledgestone Panel (Marble)
Step 1: Surface Preparation
Ensure the installation surface is vertical, clean, dry, and structurally stable.
Suitable substrates include cement backer board, concrete, or masonry.
Apply a waterproofing membrane in wet areas or on exterior walls.
Remove paint, dust, or debris before beginning installation.
Step 2: Dry Layout & Planning
Dry-lay panels to assess color, texture, and split-face variation.
Begin installation from the bottom center and work upward.
Use a level and chalk lines to keep rows straight.
Stagger vertical joints for a natural, interlocked appearance.
Step 3: Adhesive Application

Apply adhesive to both the wall and panel back using a 1/2″ square-notched trowel.
Back-butter each panel for full coverage and a strong bond.
Press panels firmly, slightly wiggling to ensure adhesion.

Use a wet saw with a diamond blade suitable for marble.
